    • Items marked as "non-returnable" on the product page

Return Process

    Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of your item.

  3. Refunds:
    Once your return is processed, a refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that it may take up to 7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

No Exchanges

  • Exchanges:
    We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please return the original item and place a new order for the desired item.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will provide you with a prepaid return label and issue a full refund or replacement at no additional cost.

Refund Processing Time

  • After receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method.

Final Sale Items

  • Sale and Clearance Items: These items are non-returnable and non-refundable. Please review the product details and size guide carefully before purchasing these items.
